Herr Doktor (WIP)

Have you see the OVA or read the manga series of Hellsing? If so how far have you gotten?
If not please direct your attention to youtube, and watch OVA 1-4 at least.
Yes, I've read all the manga and watched a majority of the OVA

Name: Referred to as Herr Doktor
Dok for short (only by the Major and members of the Werewolf Special Forces)

Real name: Avondale Napyeer

Age: About 90 or so, yet he would physically appear to be possibly mid 50's to early/mid 60's

Gender: Male

Physical appearance:

Dok is about 6'0 in height and has a very pale complexion and an emaciated appearance possibly due to putting work ahead of his own health. He has blue eyes and blonde, straight hair that reaches his shoulders. Dok also appears to have Syndactyly, an abnormal condition where his last two digits on each hand are fused together which he conceals with four-fingered gloves.

Clothing of choice:

Dok wears glasses with multiple, adjustible lenses, an odd shirt that exposed his stomach, grey pants with multiple zips, long white gloves that are straped to his arms and a bloodstained labcoat.

Weaponry of choice:

Dok seems to have no weapons, though scalpels could probably fall into this category as well as the remote he uses to control and activate the Freak Chips to incinerate the owner.
In battle Dok would most likely choose flight over fight.   -I'm a coward

Race: Cyborg (it's possible as he does not appear to have physically aged since The Dawn)

Abilities:

Dok is highly intelligent, has an immense knowledge of the occult and able to work with great precision and accuracy.

Organization: Millenium

Personality:

The Doktor takes great pride in being the brilliant mind behind many of Millenium's projects and thrives of compliments from the Major. Because of this, he takes his work very seriously and preforms his duties with an air of arrogance. He has high expectations of his medical team and is well known for having a short fuse and on occasions becoming emotionally unstable whenever he is disturbed or if his work ends in failure. The doktor really doesn't not care much for company besides the Major, the Captain and his beloved SHI, the specimen responsible for much of his success in his research on vampirism and experiments on artificial vampires

The Doctor has a habit of biting down upon his fingers enough to draw blood. It is unknown whether this is simply due to stress or unease or if it is an impulsive act known as Dermatophagia, a form of Obsessive Compulsive Disorder.
