You`re getting better. I would however use thinner outlines for the Katana to make it look more sleek and smooth... also, details on the blade would make it look nicer.

Thanks, do you have any tips about arms and shoulders cause I'm stuck trying to draw them

Well, shoulders are easy, just a slightly curved line that connects the straight line of the neck with the straight line of the arm.

Arms, in paint, are also easy, simply draw guidelines, little lines that basically show which position the arm should be in like a matchstick figure. Afterwards you put two bigger lines around them and delete the one in the middle. Thats it, you got a basic arm.

Mypaint, Pixia, and GIMP are all very effective and -free- tools that'll let you do better shit than on MSPAINT

I would say that you might add white lines inside the shirt to add more detail, make half of the blade gray to add more details and possible add some kind of runs to it if it can be managed. The shoulders are pretty good but if you curved them more, I wouldn't complain. Otherwise, you do have talent so keep at it.
