PostSubject: Archibald Woolfworthy (COMPLETE)   Thu Sep 26, 2013 3:10 pm

Have you see the OVA or read the manga series of Hellsing?  If so how far have you gotten?  If not please direct your attention to YouTube, and watch OVA 1-4 at least.  Warning: If you have watched the anime we require you watch the OVA, or read the manga.  The anime is not canon.  This is not our opinion.  This is the law set down by the creator of Hellsing, Kouta Hirano.

I've seen all the OVA's, but i know nothing about the Manga.

Name: Archibald Chauncey Woolfworthy (Real name unknown)      MI6 Alias: Mr J. Kane
Age: 45

Gender: Male

Physical appearance:

(Note, he only looks that big when the suit is inflated)
A very large man who takes pride in his weight, Archibald looks a lot more heavy set when he wears his gear. Every  muscle on his body is covered with a fluffy set of fat. His appearance is that of a 175 pound, confidant gentleman. His large weight is stretched 6"3 tall. Crimson red eyes (Look at Abilities). Dark grey hair, facial hair included. The hair on his head is very short and connected to his facial hair which is a neatly trimmed gentleman's beard. He is a bit on the fat side, but that doesn't mean he's weak. He has a very strong build, especially in the legs, its strength was generated by all the equipment he carries in his suit. He has very high, thick, cheekbones that noticeably protrude, creating an extremely devious smile. He has a good amount of wrinkles under his eyes and across his face from smiling too big and too frequently. Although he has a fluffy body, some might find it odd how thin his face looks. His mouth takes up almost half of his face when he smiles, his teeth are almost inhuman in size, very large and blindingly white; his canine's are the largest and pointiest.

Clothing of choice: (What your character normally wears... or not wear at all. Doesn't have to be long in description.) White, leather gloves, with fancy ass lil dress buttons and an extremely strong gripping on the palms for his cane. Sports a black, italian wool, gentlemen's suit with a ridiculously large, white ruffled collar and a large, black, silk top hat (7 inch height) that has a horizontal, dark green 2 inch line that runs across it. He owns a stylish cane with thick silver engraved etchings along the outer Tungsten metal, where a silver serpent coils around the cane, its gaping mouth is also the barrel, there are small red rubies where the snakes eyes are. (Abilities Later explained), black italian wool dress pants and shiny, Onyx black dress shoes. Beneath the suit is a white, Egyptian cotton undershirt with ruffles that go down the middle. Over the undershirt, is a dark navy blue polyester Vest with black dress buttons down the middle (Is made of the same material of the suit). To compliment his sense of style, he wears a blood red, cotton bow tie just below his neck, which he adjusts almost every time he speaks. He has many pockets on the outside of the suit, six in total. Two to his bottom right, two to his bottom left, one sideways pocket in his upper right, and a handkerchief pocket on his upper left (His point of view). The two pockets to his left control his suit's inflatable trajectory (Left,Back) The ones on his lower right (Forward,Right) The upper right sideways pocket (Up) and finally his upper left pocket holds his handy dandy white, cotton handkerchief. He mostly uses his left hand pockets to move since his right usually holds his cane, he can switch hands but at the cost of the time to put his cane in his left hand.  His suit and pants are composed of an expensive bullet proof material which was given to him by MI6.

Example of Bullet Proof
http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=nQM6zLiSn1E&feature=youtu.be&t=8m35s

It can stand small arms fire, even at point blank range, leaving a small bruise. As for high caliber weapons such as assault rifles and snipers, it stands no chance. Assault rifle ammunition can be stopped if it is at a medium distance, but the force of the rounds are extremely painful, point blank shots will obviously tear through the clothing and kill him, medium distance shots will also have a good chance of slightly piercing through the vest. His head, neck, hands, feet are obviously not protected. Bullets caught by the vest that are from rifles will leave nasty epidermal damage, knocking his air out, or stunning him if he is caught off guard (Sniper rounds will ALWAYS pierce the body armor). Another interesting feature about his suit is that it can inflate and quickly expel the air to propel him backwards, forwards, upwards(15ft), or sideways. The switches are in his pockets, the force of the air is strong enough to push someone back as Archibald is able to launch himself in any direction he chooses (Speed of suit 25 Mph without equipment, 20 Mph with less equipment, 15 Mph with ALL equipment). If an armor piercing round is able to, it can tear right through the inflatable suit, destroying his ability to propel himself anymore, possibly sending him flying through the air like a popped balloon. (It can later be tailored if he survives)

Example of Inflatable suit

His suit has sound system on it. He LOVES to play his music during combat to increase morale. It might not be the blood pumping rock that many soldiers demand, but it's his cup of tea, and hopefully many others. He just loves the "Kid's Music"
http://youtu.be/-VJcfXdR1X0?t=22s

Weaponry of choice: His main weapon is his Cane, which is undetectable as a weapon until he makes it known that it is indeed a powerful weapon. Made out of purely refined Tungsten, the strength of his cane surpasses that of most steel. The only part of his cane that is not made of Tungsten is the inner parts of the rifling in the cane and his Cane's handle which is composed Gold, Silver and diamond. The trigger is a pressure plate inside the Cane's handle, the weapon fires when the handle is slightly squeezed. There is a safety switch at the very edge of the handle that can be moved by his palm (There are three switch settings, Safety, SemiFire, Tazer. All can be accessed by his palm at the end of the handle) His cane holds fifteen rounds of .44 magnum silver tipped ammunition, half the rounds are bright tracer rounds. There is a small slide near the handle of his cane that can be opened to put it more rounds.

There is another switch ,near the safety, that can be activated which causes the cane to shoot four thin silver barbs (two on top, two on the bottom of the rim) that shoot out simultaneously. The barbs are connected to wires that send a nasty wave of electricity. They have a nasty curve that makes pulling them out a horrendous burden.

Specs taken from Taser M26:
50,000 Volt (est.); 26 Watts; 162mA (Irms) and 1.76 Joules per pulse energy  Max Distance: 20ft
Two barbs landing is enough to slightly incapacitate someone, they will still have slight control over their limbs but it takes a lot out of their stamina. Four barbs completely incapacitates even a powerful human being after fifteen seconds of electrocution. The longer the barbs stay in, the faster the stamina starts to drain.

http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=FNsfX0o9UJs&feature=youtu.be&t=6s

The 4ft cane can also be used to deflect melee/sword attacks fairly easily since the material of the cane is extremely durable.

Inside his suit, along with his vials and ammunition, he keeps 5 (5 pound) bricks of C4 just in case the job calls for sabotage. The suit isn't a walking bomb, the C4 needs to be set up and wired. (C4 isn't activated by shooting it, it NEEDS to be activated by a remote switch.) Adding to the explosives, he has a selection of flashbang and concussion grenades inside his suit, 2 Flash bang, 2 concussion, and a Large intimidating false Dummy Grenade M26 (Dummy grenades look like grenades but do not explode, they're only to freak out the enemy who are scared out of their mind, waiting for an explosion, fearing to leave their cover, giving Archibald good time to reload/escape). He can only carry five grenades at a time.

His Top Hat has an extremely powerful light device hidden inside of it. If he were to take the top hat off, and expose the inside of it, he can activate a switch located on the Hat's rim that will initiate the bright 50,000 lm light that beams from the inside of his hat, which will horrifically affect the eyesight of those within the 25 foot range (Blinding them completely for a minute). 50 ft max for moderate effects, like having to put on sunglasses to be able to see. The light is not a concentrated beam since that would make him have to aim it at someone's face, it's a much larger display of light that travels in a much wider fashion. Instead of a straight beam of light, the light goes both straight, to the side, upwards, downwards, making it hard to distinguish where the light is coming from if the hat is pointed in your direction.

Top Hat Light's Example

Back up Pistol he keeps in his suit for assassination purposes: A Jet Black .22 Silenced pistol that is so suppressed, it sounds like someone is just snapping their fingers, hardly audible, can only be heard from 15 feet away. Holds 10 rounds of silver .22s.

Race: Cyborg Beginner

Abilities:

Cyborg Eyes: He Doesn't blink, he doesn't have to since his original eyes were scooped out and replaced with synthetic tech. He has the ability to see through pitch blackness, a maximum of 100 yards. They also help increase the reflex time/ and Brain process by 300% (Category D Vamp Reflex, his suit gives him Category F everything else). His eye also gives him a better understanding of bullet trajectory, pin point accuracy is a guarantee, even with a Cane gun. His eye is also a recording/photo capturing device, if he blinks, he is most likely recording or taking a photo of important documents.

(Concealed) Light Metallic Exoskeleton Suit: A set of wires and thin, powerful sheets of steel surround his body, inside his clothing. Sheets of metal and wires are attached to the skin of his arms, legs and fingers. The main purpose is to give him the agility and strength that has been lost with his age. He is as powerful as three sporty 21 year old linebackers, and is as spry/agile as a 18 yr old experienced gymnast. The exoskeleton fires off small surges of electricity that speeds up the movement of his arms, legs, fingers and just about everything else. Again, it is an extension of his Cyborg eyes that help him react faster than normal human beings. The suit is waterproof but is not damage proof. If a bullet were to pierce his armor, he runs the risk of his suit being destroyed and his age will show once his suit is completely destroyed.

Spycraft: Formally trained by MI6, he is well prepared to infiltrate and assimilate into any organization he is assigned to. His training also consisted of disarming and capturing or assassinating targets. His cane is his main tool, its long reach and almost unbreakable strength makes it a very nice tool to disarm and subdue an HVT. Anti-interrogation tactics are burned into his mind, he is able to give very little away, even under the most horrendous Advanced interrogation tactics. His cheerful mood, which is very difficult to see through, allows him to easily pass by the emotional defenses of most organizations.

Organization: Hellsing

Personality: (How does your character feel? Act? Socialize? React to battle? Be descriptive about this.)
(On the outside) A very social character, he loves conversations and enjoys companionship. Although he isn't the spry, thin, young man he use to be (Without the Exoskeleton), his confidence with the opposite sex hasn't so much as budged since he was 18. He is a positive, optimistic character, with a high morale, even in Combat. His disposition is always cheerful and bright. In battle he uses his optimism to encourage and raise morale amongst his companions while driving death and uncertainty into the enemy ranks. He isn't one to start fights right away, his cheerful mood makes it hard for him to display any emotions besides eerily cheerful behavior. He respects authority, and will rarely question orders unless they seem purposely suicidal. He makes for a perfect morale officer in any combat situation.
(On the inside) A sinister being who enjoys war, murder, mass graves, executions, firing squads, gas chambers, torture devices and deception. He will do anything he has to do to enjoy the company of his enemies, but once activated, he will slit their throats for pleasure.

Rank: Sleeper Cell

GREEN: EDITED MATERIAL

Biography:
Archibald came from a long line of detectives, his great grandfather (Police detective), his grandfather (Private investigator) and his father (MI5) were well renowned in the UK. As a kid, his father would influence him with spy movies, or teach him certain moves to fend off bullies at school. He joined the ROTC in high school to cater his innocent love for uniformity. After highs chool he went to the university to educate himself to become a field agent for the MI5, with a recommendation by his father. 23 and straight out of the university, he was recruited by the MI5 after he passed their field and paper exams with flying colors, his father's recommendation cemented his place in the MI5. He spent a couple years in an office job, with  minor field work. During those years, he decided that perhaps MI6 would best suite his desires for adventure. After a year of preparing for the MI6 field and paper exams, he surpassed the expectations of the recruitment officers. At 26 he moved into the MI6 as a field agent. As the years passed by, his missions became more dangerous, risky, high profile, and corrupt. The years rolled by and Archibald assisted in many political assassinations, 3rd world government coup d'etats,  help cement economic monopolies , and false flag operations. His innocence began to deteriorate after every mission he was sent on, he started to grow fond of the evil, dirt cheap, deeds he was sent out to do. Assassinations became easier to emotionally cope with, no remorse was given when Pro-western (MI6 funded) rebels mowed down innocent civilians to clear out the village to make a base, sending 3rd world nations into economic turmoil made him giddy, and he was absolutely ecstatic when he was in charge of false flag operations. At the age of 32, his ideology secretly became extremely perverse and sinister, it made his character a perfect candidate for his next assigned mission. The agency believed that his sinister character was all an act, only taken on for this specific mission, to look into small pockets of Nazi activity in South America that  caught the attention of MI6. The secondary mission was to search South America for renowned Nazi scientists and their research that the U.S. and USSR missed (The success of the secondary mission was anticipated to be very low). There were discoveries of minor Nazi activity in the years before, so this gave the MI6 enough confidence to send several agents to South America to scout.
The operation was simple, fabricate a fake German, radical Neo Nazi protester identity for him; send him to South America and wait for him to be contacted by Neo Nazi supporters who might lead him to his objective as he rallied support for the Nazi party. The MI6 helped spread propaganda across South America, making Archibald's character a very big and influential Nazi political figure by using their Mass Media to fear monger. It took three years before he was contacted by a secretive organization who took interest in him. At first, Archibald thought this was just a political group that would lead him to his objective, but what he discovered was much bigger. An emerging Reich, a new world order that had so much in store for the world, a Reich that his sinister mind sympathized for. After helping them recruit, he was eventually recruited himself. Once his infiltration was a success, several agents joined in as well.
Years went by and Archibald enjoyed the company that Millennium offered. It pertained to his growing sinister appetite. The missions and operations that were given to him by Millennium surpassed the evil tenacity he craved and could not be replicated by any MI6 mission. Slowly Archibald relayed smaller and smaller pieces of information about Millennium to MI6, then began to give misinformation. At the age of 38 he made the decision to rat out all MI6 within Millennium in exchange for their trust and a higher position. All the exposed spies were horrifically tortured and killed, although Archibald wasn't given a high position, he was granted their trust. He was given the rank of Sleeper Cell. When the spys were never heard from again, and the bodies were never found, the MI6 believed they were discovered and killed. To make sure his actions were not discovered, he was put through plastic surgery, his face was expanded/thinned out and made almost into a box shape, his nose was remodeled/elongated, and his cheek bones were expanded to make him unrecognizable. Millennium's first action was to turn him into a freak, but that would make him stick out like a sore thumb when spying, so they decided to lightly modify him with their oldest tech. An ExoSkeleton, and a Bionic Eye made the human more useful to their needs, and less suspicious than a freak. The surgery (Plastic/Bionic) took 2 years to perfect and train with. At the age of 42, Millennium decided he was ready to be sent to Hellsing. Planning, making his new identity full proof, and smuggling him back into the U.K. with his equipment took 3 years to make sure that he couldn't be traced back to Millennium.
Getting Archibald to be trusted by Hellsing would take a little more than just showing up on their doorstep, even if they were very short handed. Millennium staged a minor, false attack in the UK. Two Millennium freaks drove by a densely populated coffee shop in an unmarked van, went into the alley and released five ghouls in civilian outfits, a long with a couple dead freak bodies dressed in Millennium attire. These bodies were supplied by Millennium, the Freaks who were not strong enough to live through training. After the Ghouls ran amok, the Freaks quickly placed the dead uniformed bodies across the area as if they had fought and died, all Archibald had to do was walk by and shoot them for there to seem like there was a struggle. After the bodies were placed and the ghouls were released, the Van sped off, leaving Archibald to clean up the mess and look good in front of Hellsing. It was a little harder than he expected, the five ghouls suddenly turned to 10, then 15. But once the people fled, the Ghouls stopped multiplying at a high rate. A good .44 silver round to the upper chest cavity was able to kill the Ghouls fairly quickly. After the Ghouls were taken care of, he proceeded to shoot the dead Freaks who then burned up into ash piles with burned millennium outfits. The scene looked like a legit battle, where a hero dispatched 15 ghouls and three freaks all on his own. Once the area was safe, news coverage was everywhere. It was highly covered for about a week, giving Archibald the break he needed to introduce himself to the Hellsing organization. A new name, a new body and a new face, the Sleeper Cell was welcomed into Hellsing as a recruit who seemed to single handedly manage a very deadly situation, spending a year under their recruitment. Some time before a previous spy had infiltrated the organization and made them suspicious with new recruits afterwards.

RP sample: (Let's just say he's still in MI6, and has his experimental bionic upgrades, this is just for the sake of a sample)
The MI6 sent me here? He had been thinking about this for months after he successfully infiltrated the Cartel. This morning he had received a message that activated him, now he was on a search for the Leader around the base. He needed to think of how to kill him without alerting the hundreds of guards within a five mile radius. He turned the corner and saw his Cartel Boss consuming an entire kilo of cocaine "Awww shit this is good!"  Archibald smiled "I see you're enjoying your meal, sorry to interrupt, i'll be on my way" He stated without really making any moves to leave the room. "Oh no no no Archy, what's up?" Combi said while licking around his face for remnants of his finished meal. "I was wondering if you wanted to inform me of any missions you needed doing? Hopefully we could go somewhere and discuss this over lunch?"  Combi rubbed his nose "Nahh i just ate brother, i might spend the next couple of hours ordering my men to blow up some Marijuana dispensaries that are cutting into my profit." Archibald, still keeping his large smile, lied to Combi "Oh no sir, i have already taken care of that for you, my lord." "Ooooh shit. Well with that out of the way, let's go to a whore house."
Combi took three guards with him as he and Archy went to a whorehouse conveniently located out of Cartel Thunder Fuck's territory. The doors to the BMW shut closed as the men approached the whorehouse. Combi eagerly ran inside like a child in a candy store "Let's get this party started!" One guard stayed outside while the other two stuck to Combi like flies on shit. Archibald needed to get him alone, the guards he keeps around are the most Elite in the Cartel but thanks to the Intel Archibald has acquired, he knew their vices. He handed them a great amount of heroine "The Patron told me for you two to just enjoy yourselves" this request would have seemed suspicious but Archibald already had a lot of time in the Cartel. They left their post and entered another room, while Archibald waited half an hour until he knew the Guards wouldn't be 100% after their heroine injections. Once he was sure Combi would be tired after sex, he used his Cane to break the lock on the wooden door. "Hey, holy shit, wait till i'm done!" Archibald walked in on Combi who was standing up, lighting a cigarette while butt naked, the naked woman pulled up the sheets to cover herself. "God damn it Archy, they don't fucking knock in Britain!?" Combi turned his back to put his clothes back on. Archibald aimed his cane and shot two .44 magnum rounds into the back of Combi, the exit wounds were devastating. The Cartel Boss's body crumbled to the floor, the prostitute on the bed started to scream which alerted both the guards in the other room. Archibald incapacitated the women by shooting taser barbs into her chest. The two doped up guards rushed into the room, not fully understanding the situation, the dope impairing their senses. After detaching the barb's  wires from the cane by activating the taser trigger again, Archibald expanded suit, expelling air in front of him, pushing himself a couple feet back while the air pushed the two men into the hallway. One guard lost his weapon while the other shook off the attack quite well. He raised his submachine gun and fired a burst of 9mm rounds into the chest of Archibald. The impact of the rounds almost knocked Archibald on his ass, in a panic Archibald used his suit to burst forward, pinning the man between the hallway wall and Archibald's expanded stomach. He dis-inflated himself, shot a round into the squished, incapacitated guard and turned to face the other guard. He was shocked to find that the other guard was able to pick up his weapon and aimed it directly at Archibald. Archibald dropped his cane in an act of submission "You've bested me, for you i take my hat off" He slowly took his hat off and activated the blinding light within it, causing the man who was 10ft away to temporarily go blind. Archibald used this time to inflate himself once more, he expelled air from the right side of his suit, launching him into the room to his left. The blinded guard unloaded his entire clip into the hallway, rubbing his eyes in hopes of restoring his eyesight. Once Archibald heard the clicking of a weapon without a mag, he poked his head into the hallway to see the guard tripping over himself. A nicely placed round in the chest made sure he wouldn't get back up again. After the entire mess unfolded, the guard outside ran into the building with an AK47 that was armed with Armor Piercing rounds. In this close proximity, that weapon could fatally injure Archibald. He quickly found a window, burst through it and used his suit to quickly hover back into the city at 15Mph, where his evac team would meet him. Mission accomplished, the terrorist group's leadership has now been eliminated.

(OOC: Archibald will probably not be activated until Hellsing is strong enough to be fucked with, if anything he'll help them in every way they need. Possibly might even die fighting for them)

That weight is actually pretty normal for that height.

Want a bit more detail on that suit. Also, a height on that tophat, so that I can make sure mine is bigger. The "fluffy thing" is just a ruffled collar. You could also talk about the shirt under the suit, as well as the red tie.

Kind of shaky on it being able to shrug off just about all forms of bullet.

I'll get behind having a gun in it, but I don't think it can hold thirty bullets. Where's the trigger on it, too?

The only way the cane would be able to incapacitate a foe, if it was held on their exposed flesh for more than thirty seconds. A womp on the neck has a good chance to stun a character for a great amount of time, due to the impact and harsh electrical charge that surges directly into the nerves.

I don't know where the blade would come out if he shoots bullets from the end. While I like "Always Prepared" Batman characters, putting all this (gun, knife, shock) on a single cane is a bit much.

I'm a bit concerned with having all of this weight on him. How powerful can the air ejection on the suit be that it can launch him at thirty miles per hour when he's weighing about 400 lbs at any given time?

The main purpose is to give him the agility and strength that has been lost with his age. He is as powerful as a three sporty 21 year old linebackers, and is as spry/agile as a 18 yr old experienced gymnast.
So he's stuck in the suit forever, or else he gets all feeble and stuff?

Spycraft: Formally trained by MI6, he is well prepared to infiltrate and assimilate into any organization he is assigned to. His training also consisted of disarming and capturing or assassinating targets. His cane is his main tool, its long reach and almost unbreakable strength makes it a very nice tool to disarm and subdue an HVT. Anti-interrogation tactics are burned into his mind, he is able to give very little away, even under the most horrendous Advanced interrogation tactics. His cheerful mood, which is very difficult to see through, allows him to easily pass by the defenses of most organizations.
Adding to the spycraft: He was taught how to obtain certain pheromones and has many vials of it in his suit. Each vial of pheromone can be crushed and released into the air around him, it can make anyone who absorbs the scent to become immediately happy, apathetic, sad, horny, and even mad. He uses these vials to get his way in a social situation that he thinks he might have failed at. The vials are extremely potent and very hard to detect (No smell, no taste, can't be seen). He has an immunity to these pheromones which was a side effect of his surgery. (OOC: These feelings can be shaken off, it doesn't FORCE the character to be happy, sad, but without any arbitrary intervention, these emotions can set in)
I don't know how I feel about these pheromones. I'll think on it.

Personality: (How does your character feel? Act? Socialize? React to battle? Be descriptive about this.)
A very social character, he loves conversations and enjoys companionship.
I'm waiting for him to start talking about his forms from hundreds of years ago. Because he looks like Mosquito, is the joke.

Biography:
Archibald was recruited into MI6 at the age of 23, he was able to impress the agency who monitored him after he scored fairly high in his IQ. He was placed under constant tests, without him knowing, by the MI6; whether it was how long he would be able to evade someone who was obviously following him to disarming fake muggers sent after him. He wasn't the top agent in MI6, but he was very skilled in the arts of spycraft.
This has some problems. Firstly, we have no childhood on this guy. The story starts out at 23; I want to know what he turned up like. This is also not how MI6 recruits. They do it like every other organization. Why does this guy get tested and surveyed, and why does he say yes? If you stick with this and can figure out how to explain it, I'm also going to need something in personality to indicate why he'd join up with the group who spied on him and sent thugs to attack him.

Most of his equipment was made by his own two hands.  Although he was a very talented agent, his age was starting to show after many many years on the field. He consented to be taken to a government lab to have an experimental procedure done on him to improve his effectiveness in the field. If this experiment were to go as they had anticipated, it would set a new precedent to try and make most field agents Bionic. The procedure would have to be taken in baby steps, first the eyes, then the suit, and so on.
Slow down there. We've just taken another huge gap in time. Why is he considered for this program? You said yourself he's not their top agent, but slightly above average. The timeframe would help, too, since I don't know where this level of bionics would be acceptable or not.

After the immediate success of the small upgrades, the scientists's curiosity got the better of them. The operation was only suppose to affect physical attributes but they tried improve his spycraft by injecting fluids to be absorbed by his brain. These fluids bolster the strength of his control over his emotions, which is crucial under  emotional circumstances which can determine the success or failure of the operation. These chemicals, however, had an adverse effect on his political/morale views on life.
Still in the lab, he got off the operation table with his minor upgrades. He rubbed his head while experiencing a powerful life changing epiphany. Am i going to spend the rest of my life protecting the financial interests of Multi-Billionaire corporations under the guise of National Security? Small jobs, Big jobs, all for artificial peace? This, i find...boring. The scientists gave him his clothing and equipment while he put it on in a haze I always knew my work was not truly for National Security he continued to think as he buttoned up his suit but civilization has had enough of Order. Now is the time for a new age, a new Reich. A sudden rush of different ideology surged through his thoughts. A dull, safe, peaceful life is not what i want. I need war. A violent blood lust that my country, a fallen empire, can never be able to give to me. All they are interested in is economic monopoly. A scientist waved his hand over Archibald's field of view, to catch his attention. "Sir, are you alright?" he asked concerned "Oh no, we might have injected too much of the serum. I thought he had the capacity to handle it" another scientist added.
"No no, i'm quite alright." Archibald waved the four scientists off with his gloves. "It's been fun working for you gentlemen, thanks for the new toys but i have to go" He grabbed all the vials of his blood samples and started to throw them against the floor and the walls, leaving large splatters everywhere. "What the hell are you doing?!"  "Well they're going to wonder what happened to me" He laughed as he opened the reinforced steel door of a Freezer storage room. He then hid behind it and aimed his Cane at a massive fuel tank that fueled the equipment in the room. "Like the Phoenix, a new life arises." With the click of the trigger, his .44 magnum tracer round pierced through the massive fuel tank and caused the lab to be engulfed by fire. The small, experimental facility was now entirely being consumed by flames and it would all go down in the books as a freak accident, with all personnel dead or missing. Archibald was able to escape by using the freezer as a shelter until the flames subsided enough for him to run off before a Mop Up team arrived. With his new thirst for uncontrollable chaos and war, he joined Millennium while still living in Britain.
We got some major issues here. That's a pretty radical change in viewpoint out of nowhere. I could get having something like this happen over his lifetime working with the group and them injecting stuff periodically, but to have it just happen all of a sudden like that is pretty unbelievable.

Secondly, he really sucks at faking his death. That blood would burn up in the fire, meaning it wouldn't serve any purpose besides making cool ash stains on the ground. There was still no body to be found, so they'd know he was gone (unless we're meant to assume this fire burns so hot that all the remains of a human body would be reduced to ash, but that would probably destroy his freezer and kill him). There's also the matter of the bullet in the thing he used to blow the place up, which they'd match to him.

Thirdly, there was a ton of talking in that. Dialogue in biographies is frowned upon, and I really don't like seeing that much of it written out as conversation.

Fourthly, it's probably a bit more difficult to get into Millennium than can be hand-waved like that. For one thing, the world at large doesn't know they exist yet (I'm assuming because, again, the time issue), so that's going to put a damper on his plans.

His villainous looks, résumé, and Millennium's short handedness got him into the organization.  After months of briefing, he was sent to the Hellsing organization to infiltrate and sabotage their operations when he was needed to. He would fight alongside Hellsing until he was activated as a sleepercell. His Hellsing recruitment was easy, they accepted damn near everyone with a sob story about how Vampires or millennium took their family members away or destroyed their lives. He was recruited on his marksmanship and combat ability, his spy craft résumé was never shown. His original files in MI6 have long been burned and buried since he was dead. He showed no resentment towards any of the members, or Hellsing's ideology, and would kill Millennium soldiers in front of them during missions to cement his relationship with the Hellsing members until he was activated.
I don't know how I feel about this. If he's meant to have joined at around this time in the story, I'd seriously hope Hellsing raised their standards for joining. For one thing, this very same practice fucked them hard during the Illuminati fight, so I couldn't see this guy working unless he was part of the group for quite a while now (which can work, but we need some time in here). I'm also not so sure he'd go unrecognized. Unless we assume everyone working at MI6 is a complete idiot, there was probably more than one copy of his stuff. Eventually, someone would recognize him and his cover would be blown.

I was with you on this guy until we got to the biography. If you can fix that up, he should be good to go.

Yea i kinda knew the Bio was a lil broken and filled with holes, and to be honest (It was written at 2am) i was hoping it would just fall through the cracks. I got too excited.  I'll own up to it, and fix it right up.

Kind of shaky on it being able to shrug off just about all forms of bullet.
Would it help if i added a lot of force? A lot of epidermal damage when hit? Knocks him back.

I'll get behind having a gun in it, but I don't think it can hold thirty bullets. Where's the trigger on it, too? Would it be safe to hold 20? The cane is 4ft long, each .44 round is a little less than 2 inches. I should've looked this up before >.> (20 rounds it is). As for the trigger, i'll put this as the edit "The trigger is a pressure plate inside the Cane's handle, the weapon fires when the handle is slightly squeezed. There is a safety switch at the very edge of the handle that can be moved by his palm."

I don't know where the blade would come out if he shoots bullets from the end. While I like "Always Prepared" Batman characters, putting all this (gun, knife, shock) on a single cane is a bit much. It is a thin, curved blade that pops out of the thick rim from the end of the cane
I should have elaborated a little more. So you want me to take the shock option out? Would it be more believable if the cane was able to shoot two thin, electrical, barbs (Like a tazer) from the rim of the cane that wasn't occupied by the curved blade? Take notice on how thick the rims are.

I'm a bit concerned with having all of this weight on him. How powerful can the air ejection on the suit be that it can launch him at thirty miles per hour when he's weighing about 400 lbs at any given time? Magic. No, hmmm should i nerf the speed to 15/20Mph with equipment, 25Mph without?

t'd be best just to pick a category and have that be his reflexes. As long as you're not Gun Kataing the bullets, I'm fine with the trajectory bit.
I'll go for the top shelf on this one, if no one minds(D Vamp reflex). The reflexes are more for his hands, to work with the Cane.

So he's stuck in the suit forever, or else he gets all feeble and stuff?
Correct! He would still have his wits and tools, but will lack the strength the suit gave him.

Bio will receive a major re-haul.

Maybe. I think I can get behind it as long as it will disable you. I don't want you running through a bunch of automatic fire like a light rainstorm.

I'd go closer to fifteen, honestly. You have to fit all the mechanics inside, too.

Pick one or the other on the shock and knife.

Those speeds are better.

Thinking on it, I don't like the pheromones. It's pretty impossible to play stuff like that straight in a game like this, since it either has to be too powerful for anyone to resist or everyone is too strong of will to be affected by it.

Millennium was only public in 1999. If it's investigating a Nazi group in South America for reason you decide, that would be fine. You call yourself Combi at the end, also.

Alrighty, edited it so that he went to SA to look into small pockets of Nazi activity, and stumbled across Millennium.

And thanks for pointing out that name mistake, fixed it right up.

Idk what i did, i fucked up the coloring in my RP sample, i've been trying to fix it but without success. Hopefully it doesn't cause confusion.
