[Plot Development] Anyone interested in collaborating?

I'm having a touch of the ol' writer's block, which I know would be cured if I could work out some kind of general idea what others are doing, and what they're up for.

What are folks doing, where, and how open are you to getting to know other people IC?

there are some characters from iscariit and hellsing squabling in london. there are a crap tonne of characters in scotland and there are a few in italy. all th characters as far as I'm aware don't have and secret stealth systems that keep other ocs from finding them, but best just to define how, when and why you got there

I am looking more for Plot/Character Development. Since my shaky introduction to the site, and possibly due to our low level of activity, I haven't found anyone to write with yet.

I'm looking to change that, though.

All of my characters are busy or else i would`ve met you by now, one way or another.
