Have you see the OVA or read the manga series of Hellsing? If so how far have you gotten? If not please direct your attention to YouTube, and watch OVA 1-4 at least. Warning: If you have watched the anime we require you watch the OVA, or read the manga. The anime is not canon. This is not our opinion. This is the law set down by the creator of Hellsing, Kouta Hirano. All.

Name: Sturmbannführer Montana Max, simply called “The Major” now.

Age: Approximately 80 years old, give or take a few. Appears to be in mid-twenties.

Gender: Manish Man the Minotaur.

Physical appearance: The Major is a rotund individual of diminished stature. Easily dwarfed by the other two organization leaders in height (though not in size), he appears much less threatening than he actually is. This is only reinforced by the wide grin appearing on his face nearly all the time (though it can become unsettling). He possesses short cut and styled blonde hair, a pointed nose, and golden eyes, giving him a resemblance to the Aryan master race. Despite his rather stubby arms (and legs), his hands and fingers are actually quite long and slender.

Clothing of choice: As a distinguished individual, the Major’s appearance must reflect this. Accordingly, he wears a completely white three piece suit; a white vest worn under a white, buttoned suit jacket and white dress pants, belted with a brown leather belt. The dress shirt underneath is also white with two collar buttons. His tie, however, is not white, being dark olive with a red and white accent near the knot. Over all this is a large, billowing, white overcoat that nearly drags the ground, four white buttons lining each sleeve. His shining shoes are also white in color.

During his time as a regular officer in World War II, the Major wore a more traditional soldier’s attire. His white dress shirt remained, though a different tie was worn around his neck; a dark gray color with the Nazi swastika slightly above the opening of his jacket. This jacket is a similar color, sporting two pockets over each breast, the left having an iron cross attached to it. His trousers are the same color, as well, buckled with a black belt with a decorative buckle. His shoes were polished black. On his left arm was a bright red swastika band. His overcoat seems to have been carried over from this time as well, usually hanging loosely over his shoulders at this time.
Despite his current form, a pair of round, silver glasses sit on his face, as they always had.

Weaponry of choice: The Major’s only tangible weapon is a standard issue German Luger. Gunmetal colored, it has an eight bullet magazine. Nothing else is out of the ordinary for this gun. It is normally stored in a compartment inside his “throne”, though can be kept inside his coat’s inner pocket if need be.

Race: Cyborg.

Abilities: The Major’s greatest ability and, some would argue, weapon is his ability to lead. Combined with his ability to speak, he commands legions of followers who could easily turn and kill him with little trouble to their deaths without trickery; he is simply that charismatic a leader. His ability for speaking shows through in his habit of giving long soliloquies to raise moral before battle. He is also a brilliant tactician, rivaling some of the greatest minds in history, as he has, on several occasions, outwitted his adversaries with next to no effort on his own part, displayed prominently in his battles with Hellsing. While it can be assumed he once had great skill in the art of firearms, he currently has trouble shooting a target at point blank range.

Organization: Millennium.

Personality: It is a commonly mentioned that the Major has an affection for the art of battle. The grin upon his face is usually there due to the idea of a coming battle. While he usually avoids combat himself, it is not due to cowardice or any such despicable character trait; he simply realizes he is not physically fit enough to battle, leaving it to his undead underlings to fight in his place. This does not stop him from joining the fight in his own way, though, as he actively gives orders to his soldiers throughout the fight as well as “conducting” the battle from atop his zeppelin by way of mimicking a music conductor. He generally has no regard for the lives and safety of others and himself whatsoever. Though he is not a strict follower in the Nazi ideology, he does believe in the major tenants, at least in part.

Despite his violent and sociopathic tendencies, he is quite childlike and of good nature. He is often prone to joke with his subordinates, especially at completely inappropriate times. He can also be found eating next to constantly, demanding only the finest of foods for his meals (despite the fact he is a cyborg and would, therefore, not need to eat at all). He is also an avid music lover, humming the tune to German war songs or listening to the singing of Rip van Winkle. He is also quite patronizing towards those he does not consider to be worthy of his respect, giving them nicknames and/or disregarding their abilities until they can prove themselves to him (such as with Integra Hellsing). He also takes great pride in being a man amongst monsters, as he puts it, citing his will power and determination to best the No Life King as reason for not becoming undead himself.

Despite all this, he can hold a grudge quite well. His purpose for the first war on London (though claiming he has no purpose other than a love of war, which is somewhat true) was simply to get revenge upon Alucard for attacking their operation in Poland so many years ago. His resentment now extends towards Hellsing as a whole. This does not prevent him from being civil towards his adversaries, though, often talking casually to them before or during battle.

Rank: Sturmbannführer.

Biography: Though no one can be truly sure as to what is true and what is not in the life of the Major (his real name being in question), his accepted history is as follows. His father, dying in World War I, had been quite abusive towards him during his early life. His mother, a prostitute, was also quite verbally abusive towards her son. During his teenage years, he became more outspoken, eventually leading to several heated arguments with his mother. Eventually, having had enough, the young man killed both his mother and her client, leaving home to wander in the streets. At this time, Nazism had begun to spread in Germany and a man named Adolf Hitler had quickly risen through the ranks of the Germany political ladder. It was this day that the two met each other, the soon-to-be Führer taking the young man under his wing to raise him into the man he would one day become.

It did not take long for the now adult man to rise in rank after the Nazi regime took Germany. His spectacular leadership skills quickly earned him the rank of Sturmbannführer. Soon after, he was put in charge of a special operation in Poland along with a certain doctor, taking along a werewolf captain for protection. Their job was to create a legion of vampire soldiers for the Third Reich to use in battle against the Allied forces. However, their plan fell through for two reasons: The only thing they were able to produce were ghouls and Hellsing attacked. A young boy by the name of Walter Dornez, accompanied by the Hellsing pet vampire, destroyed their factories and drove them out of the area, not before managing to chip the boy with a mental suggestion device, hopefully managing to sway him to their cause.

Not long after, the war was nearing its end, the Major himself being called in to the front lines to defend against the Russian advance. The Nazi soldiers fell, the Major being shot several times in the chest and stomped and kicked by Russian soldiers out of spite. Dying, shadows began to enclose themselves around the man, all the blood spilt during the battle attempting to draw itself into his own body. With all the experience with vampires and the supernatural he had, he realized what was happening; he did not like it. Refusing to become such a lesser being, the Major chose to die rather than turn. Fortunately for him, the doctor and the captain, who both happened to be in the city with him, arrived to search for survivors. Rescuing their companion, he was rushed to the field hospital where his wounds were stabilized. From there, he was forced to choose: Live with a near-useless body and a rather bleak outlook of surviving the next few years or undergo a risky, experimental surgery to fuse his body with machines. He chose the latter, and it was a success. Now a cyborg, the Major escaped to South America, along with other Nazi soldiers, to carry on their legacy as Millennium.

RP sample:
The large man proceeded down the halls of the zeppelin, every soldier who spotted him giving a surprised and fearful gasp before standing to the side, extending their arms for a salute. Nodding back with an obviously amused grin, he simply continued to walk until he reached a large metal door decorated with Nazi fatigue. Opening it, he made his way to a large chair situated over a large deck area. Sitting comfortably, his fingertips met each other before he spoke to the tall man next to him. ”So, Doktor, how goes zose latest experiments of yours?”

”Vunderful, Herr Major,” he answered. ”Vile ve have had some difficulty in producing ze battle unicorns, ze shotgun monkeys are in perfect vorking order.

”Magnificent, mein friend! Ve shall feast in celebration!” Standing once again, he began to walk out of the control room, headed towards the dining hall.

Standing before the crowd of undead soldiers, the blonde man smiled the devil’s grin, his arms behind him. Silence overtook the room as the gathered men prepared for their leader’s words. ”Mein soldiers. Mein comrades. Mein friends. Ve have gathered in zis room und above zis city for one thing; var. Ve have been bruised, beaten, killed, slaughtered, reduced to ash, irradiated, und any number of other horrible afflictions in ze name of var. Ve must logically ask ourselves a single question: Vhy? Vhy do ve continue to give our lives for a cause over 60 years past? I shall tell you, mein friends: Ve give our lives for the pure enjoyment of it! To kill is to kill ourselves, and to be killed is to force our enemies to kill themselves, as vell. Seeing ze life drain from ze eyes of an enemy trooper is made all ze more satisfying knowing zat, despite all their efforts over so many years, they have not been able to defeat us. Ve vill continue to fight und kill und be killed, zen rise from ze ashes to fight und kill und be killed again for all eternity. They are simply mortal men; they cannot continue to kill zemselves as ve have all zese years. They vill be unable to fight one day, but vill ve allow for a peaceful surrender? No! Ve vill continue to kill until ze last man, voman, und child on the face of zis planet has been eradicated! Now I asked each und every one of you: Vill you be one of us? Vill you join our hellish crusade to kill und be killed? If you agree, then start by taking ze life of every last person in zat city below!” The airship erupted in cheers before the gathered soldiers began deploying to the ground, some even jumping ship with parachutes, unable to contain their excitement.

Traitors were a shame to the entire group. It was for this reason the Major insisted upon executing them personally. An officer struggled to free his arms, each held back by another undead Nazi, as the overweight leader of Millennium walked forward. In his hand was a gun, a single bullet loaded in the chamber. ”Please, Herr Major, it vas a mistake! Just ein mistake!”

”For showing cowardice in battle, you are to be killed, mein former friend.” The pudgy man ignored the vampire’s screams of protest, raising the gun in the air to aim at the soldier’s forehead. He pulled the trigger, a yell of pain escaping the lips of one of the men holding the soon-to-be executed undead. ”So sorry, lieutenant! My aim must have been off.” With a chuckle, he attempted to pull the trigger several more times before remembering there had only been a single bullet. ”It seems I have run out of bullets. Lieutenant, vill you forgive me if I allow you to execute ze condemned in my stead?” More protests escaped the man’s mouth as the lieutenant nodded enthusiastically. ”Do as you vish, zen,” the Major uttered before turning and exiting the room, a wide smile on his face as the sounds of ripping flesh and snapping bones began to drown out the wailing of the traitor.

Only temping until we can get someone else after the Illuminati thing.
