Name: Tubalcain Alhambra (AKA Dandy man)
Age: 110, looks 30.
Gender: Male
Physical appearance: Tubalcain is 1.9 meters (6 feet, 5 inches) tall and is really thin, which suggests he weighs 75 kilos. He has light green, almost olive, eyes, light silver hair, and a thin brown moustache.
Clothing of choice: He wears dark brown suit, vest, and dress pants, with lighter (but still dark) brown dress shoes, wide-brimmed felt hat which is ALSO dark brown (he does not seem to be into fashion too much, does he?), but which has a white stripe along the base. Below the vest, he wears a formal white shirt with dark blue lines and a blue tie. He also wears white gloves. All in all, he’s a classy guy.

Weaponry of choice: Enchanted, razor-sharp, exploding playing cards (AKA awesomeness).
Race: Vampire category B
Abilities: Tubalcain is very crafty with his set of cards, which he manipulates by some sort of telekinesis. He also seems to use these cards for teleporting, generating illusions and making protective barriers against bullets. He also possesses superhuman strength, speed and reflexes (at the point where he can dodge bullets), and advanced regeneration. He has very good people skills, like a good card player, he is able to fool people (like he manipulated the men who tried to kill Alucard and Seras with the promise of immortality).
Organization: Millennium
Personality: Tubalcain is a ruthless killer, basically because of his vampiric nature, he will not hesitate to chop someone in half with his cards. He is extremely loyal to Millennium, as he has joined them by will, even though he was never truly asked to. On a personal aspect, he is quite the good deciever, if not to say liar, he is great in card games, and has impressive skills, both in cheating and bluffing or tricking his opponents, thing which reflects in his battles and works, were he might choose to decieve his opponents (like he did with Alucard, sending him troops to whom he promised immortality, so that he would waste bullets), rather than directly engaging them first, so he is a smart man, and a fierce fighter.

Biography: Tubalcain was born in 1892 in a family of rather religious gamblers (thus the name Tubalcain, the son of Cain) in the back then small community of Posadas, in the northern Argentinian province of Misiones, limiting with Brazil. Since he was a child, his parents and uncles taught all the card tricks and ways to cheat so that he would be a successful gambler like most men in his family. His whole life he lived in a moderate luxury proper to the middle-low class, where he dressed like a fancy gentleman since an early age so that he gave the proper impression in casinos and underground dens. He was never given a proper education like he should have, since his parents thought all he needed to know was within the cards and gambles, and that was the way he grew up, thinking all was about those rectangular pieces of paper, always minding his appearance to give the best impression possible, and the most mysterious one in gambling. This earned him the nickname “Dandy man”.
Tubalcain was always a successful gambler, but never seemed to be interested in women, mainly when it came to settling down and marrying, so despite his parent’s concerns, he never made an attempt at a relationship at a woman, carnal or otherwise. Trouble came and went, WWI struck, and it was still not a problem in mighty Argentina, the farmhouse of the world, which made lots of money, and that meant more gamblers, and more money for young Tubalcain. Yet by being involved in shady business with gambling dens meant he was to wonder around dark, dangerous alleys, where all kinds of vampires stalk the night. In a dark, dump summer of 1923, fate struck poor Alhambra in the form of a hungry female vampire who drained him and left him for dead. But even though he was not a young man, he woke up the next day, feeling burnt by sunlight and confused, not fully remembering the events of the night before.
The years went by, Tubalcain had to learn this new way of life by himself, still frequenting underground gambling dens by night, using his cards like he always used to, and using his bluffing skills to get the worst out of people, and when they took it outside he would drain them to satisfy this strange and urgent need for blood. His ways went undisturbed as he lost touch with his family and wandered around the country, gambling and feeding, the wall street crash in 1929 certainly affected the amount of gamblers, and the depression made things harder for his gambling, but easier for his feeding because of all the people left without a home or a job, people who would not care about dying, people who would not fight.
Eventually WWII came around, and along with it came General Juan Domingo Peron to power, a right wing man who looked up to Mussolini and Hitler. The Dandy Man strongly agreed with his ideals, and also admired the Nazi government. His years went by, mostly unchanged, learning to use his powers and abilities, which were also growing with every drop of blood until WWII ended, and Tubalcain kept drifting around his country, now with a clear objective in mind, looking for the Nazi survivors, who might be a hope to change his life. After drifting a while, he finally met Herr Major and the men of Millennium in 1946. They took him in as another of their soldiers and helped him perfect his skills. With them he learnt to use his cards as a deadly weapon, well even deadlier than just for taking money away from people, but to take their lives away by cutting them and exploding (YAAY lotsa fun!).
Now he’s an Oberstrumfhürer in Millennium, where he has ranked up and his name is well known and respected. His objective is common to the one of the organization, but he is with them by will, not by the duty of having become a freak by one of their chips (Yet the Major can burn him to the ground anyways).

Tubalcain felt easy, his enemies were not at all a challenge. He arranged his tie and swept his suit from any dust it might have. The weak men kept shooting at him, and he kept evading and shielding himself with his cards with an almost poetic ease. These men expected to kill him, and they were mere Hellsing grunts, no matter if they were 15, or they were 150, they were formed up in three rows, almost like an old execution battalion. He threw three cards and cut the heads off three men in the front line, while the explosion took care of almost everyone in the furthest lines, even if some were already cut in half.
With that, his enemies scattered and started fleeing. The Dandy Man teleported with his cards right in front of one of the fleeing men, then he used one of his cards to cut off his head, two more men to go. He started walking along the wall of a building where he saw one of them flee. The man was in the second floor, scared to death. He started shooting at Tubalcain, who just cut him in half with a card. Now the last man had to be manned.
All of a sudden, Tubalcain heard some shots. He covered himself from the shots, but one got through his barrier of cards, hitting him right in the left leg. As his leg regenerated, he looked back. The man was shooting at him from the street, fear on his eyes. Alhambra teleported himself behind the man and grabbed him from behind and drained his blood. His leg was hurting a little, but it would heal in no time.
“Social” RP (well, as social as one can get in Millennium):
Tubalcain walked through the halls of the blimp, quite the majestic piece of engineering, a masterpiece. He straightened his hat and arranged his tie, not because he had to, but because he felt good when his apparel was appealing. He finally arrived at his room. There he looked at himself in the mirror and started talking at it with a spanish accent: “Well well, if it is not the Dandy man! I look just like a gentleman!” He handled his deck a little bit and slowly laid himself in his bed, minding not to wrinkle his suit, his beautiful brown suit. As time passed, he laid there, doing nothing. He decided to go and have a game of black jack, and, of course, he was going to cheat, and win.
